Ms. Elder is an APA
certified Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) Instructor. She has
been a polygraph examiner since 1999 and has completed more than 1500 PCSOT
polygraph examinations. She is a member of the California Coalition on Sex
Offending and has presented papers before that group as well as California
State Mental Health Forensic Conferences. She is a licensed Psychiatric
Technician with twenty years experience as a supervisor working directly with
in-custody male sex offenders.
